CustodyBook
Privacy Policy

CustodyBook Kit website and checkout

TechInnova Solutions LLC · Effective October 11, 2026

This policy covers the CustodyBook Kit web pages (this site) and the web checkout. The CustodyBook app has its own policy: CustodyBook app privacy policy. In short, what you write in the app stays on your phone. There is no CustodyBook account.

Who we are

TechInnova Solutions LLC ("we") runs this site and sells the CustodyBook Kit. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

  • When you buy: your email address, what you bought, the price, and the date. We use them to deliver the Kit, unlock the app, send your receipt, give support and refunds, and keep tax and accounting records. Card details go to Stripe; we never see your full card number.
  • Ad measurement: if you arrive from one of our ads, the web address may carry campaign tags (for example utm_campaign). We pass them to the checkout so we can tell which ad led to a purchase.
  • Meta Pixel: our home page and the Kit page load the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta that someone viewed the page or tapped the button to start checkout, so we can measure our ads. It uses cookies set by Meta. Meta may also record which button on the page was tapped and the page's title and description. We don't send your name, your email or anything you type. It is not used on the thank-you, privacy or terms pages. We don't load it if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or if you used "Your privacy choices".
  • Server logs: Cloudflare keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the address of the page requested) to run and protect the site. The thank-you page address briefly contains your one-time unlock link, so it can appear in these logs; the link stops working once it is used or after 60 minutes.

We don't ask for, and this site doesn't collect, anything about your custody situation, your children or the other parent.

Who we share it with

  • Stripe processes the payment.
  • RevenueCat runs the checkout page and the unlock link, and keeps the record of your purchase so the app can unlock.
  • Meta receives Pixel events from this page and, after a purchase, a purchase event sent by RevenueCat. That event can include your email in hashed form (scrambled so it isn't readable) and the purchase amount. Meta uses it to match the purchase to an ad.
  • Cloudflare hosts and serves the site.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms. We don't sell your information for money. Sharing data with Meta for ad measurement may count as "sharing" under some state laws; you can opt out as described below.

Your choices

  • Use "Your privacy choices" at the bottom of the home page or the Kit page, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, and this site won't load the Meta Pixel or pass Meta's click ID to the checkout.
  • Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to ask us not to send your purchase to Meta. We'll answer within 30 days.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase records for as long as needed to support your purchase and to meet tax and accounting obligations, then delete them. Pixel and log data are kept according to Meta's and our hosting provider's retention settings.

Children

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Where

We sell the Kit in the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Questions: [email protected].
