CustodyBook Kit: terms and refunds

What you buy

The CustodyBook Kit costs $29.99 (US dollars), paid once. It is not a subscription and does not renew. It includes:

  • A lifetime unlock of the full CustodyBook app on the phone where you open your unlock link (iPhone or Android).
  • The Custody Binder, a printable PDF.
  • The guide "Keeping a custody record: a short guide", a PDF.

Lifetime means for as long as we offer the CustodyBook app. You won't be charged again for the version you unlocked or for its updates.

Delivery

After payment you'll see a page with your unlock link and the PDF downloads, and the unlock link is also sent to your purchase email. The link works once and expires after 60 minutes; if it expires, a new one is emailed to you. If you change phones or need help, email us at [email protected] from the address you used to pay and we'll help.

Refunds

If the Kit isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase from the address you used to pay, and we'll refund the full $29.99 to your card. After a refund, the app unlock from the Kit is removed.

The Kit is sold by TechInnova Solutions LLC on this website, not by Apple or Google, so refunds for it come from us, not from the App Store or Google Play.

Using the PDFs

You may print and use the binder and the guide for your own personal records as often as you like. Please don't resell or republish them.

Not legal advice

CustodyBook, the binder and the guide help you keep organized notes. They are not legal advice, and TechInnova Solutions LLC is not a law firm. You decide what to record. Ask a family lawyer licensed in your state about your case.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe through RevenueCat's checkout. Your bank may show "TechInnova" or a similar name. The checkout page shows the total before you pay.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep CustodyBook working well, but the app and the PDFs are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about the Kit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
